Platform Role

The Mentorship Project serves as a connection platform only. We:

• Connect mentees with independent mentors
• Provide a platform for discovering mentorship opportunities
• Facilitate initial communications
• Maintain the platform infrastructure

Mentor Independence

All mentors on our platform:

• Operate independently from TMP
• Set their own rates and payment terms
• Maintain their own business practices
• Create their own service agreements
• Handle their own scheduling and communications
• Manage their own refund policies

Platform Limitations

The Mentorship Project:

• Does not employ or manage mentors
• Does not guarantee mentor availability
• Is not responsible for mentor services or outcomes
• Does not handle payments between mentees and mentors
• Cannot enforce mentor refund policies
• Does not guarantee results from mentorship

Mentee Responsibilities

When using our platform, you agree to:

• Verify mentor credentials independently
• Review mentor terms and conditions
• Understand that success depends on multiple factors including personal effort
• Accept that results are not guaranteed
• Handle all payment arrangements directly with mentors
• Resolve any disputes directly with mentors

Success Factors

Success in any mentorship program depends on numerous factors including but not limited to:

• Personal dedication and hard work
• Consistency and commitment
• Available resources
• Market conditions
• Timing
• Individual circumstances
